This course will describe general approaches to maintaining wellness that can be applied to neurologists and others with a busy lifestyle; distinguish specific tools useful in areas of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness; demonstrate specific wellness tools that can be utilized in a brief time period; individually examine specific wellness tools and approaches and prioritize their importance; formulate a wellness plan to apply these tools to daily practice.
