Everyone agrees that burnout is a problem in medicine, now more than ever. We need action. However, it can be daunting to know how to move the needle to improve wellbeing in your department.  Regardless of your role, from chair to trainee, you can learn how to use your influence to increase wellness. A neurologist who is also a hospital-system Chief Wellness Officer will lead engaging discussions of complex problems with real solutions.
