Practice, Policy, and Ethics
Following the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we face continued inequities in health care and an employment crisis impacting all medical professionals.  It is time to rethink our approach to recruitment and to focus our time and effort on retention strategies. Presenters will discuss methods to improve recruitment, retention, training, and diversity in the health care workforce. This course will emphasize the need for an organizational culture that values open communication, teamwork, and inclusion, aimed at retaining talent through engagement and encouraging teams to reach their greatest potential. Presenters will share ideas and strategies to assist neurology practices in building the best possible workforce of physicians, APPs, and staff.
