Practice, Policy, and Ethics
Neurology physician-owned private practices continue to decrease in number, which makes it harder for practices to stay in business. To keep a practice thriving, it must stand out amongst the many other system-owned practices. Presenters will moderate active discussions on unique ways to enhance your practice. Leading examples include leveraging individual strengths, highlighting subspecialty clinical areas, integrating clinical trials and other forms of research, fostering specific populations through innovative approaches, partnering with academic medical centers and incorporating learners, and more. Come join the discussion and share.
