This interactive presentation is designed to engage you intellectually, emotionally, and socially. We will review what happens, neurophysiologically and emotionally, when we taste wine. Why does wine in certain situations cause strong emotional responses, even before it is tasted? We will also describe how wine is "tasted" and touch on the impact of COVID. Finally, our guest sommelier, Mr. Youbirt Aissa, will guide the audience in an interactive blind wine tasting.
