Practice, Policy, and Ethics
Participants will learn ways in which they can design a career primarily using teleneurology, with opportunities to ask questions. Panelists will represent various neurology subspecialties from private, academic, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Participants should be able to identify teleneurology focused avenues for advancing their career with respect to clinical excellence and administrative work, education, research and quality improvement, advocacy, and community outreach; and describe and discuss new areas of growth for a career in teleneurology and telehealth, Early career neurologists and trainees interested in a career in teleneurology will learn how to set teleneurology specific milestones for promotion. Physicians and advanced practice providers in academia and private practice are all welcome.
