Integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in quality improvement projects in a neurology residency program builds cultural awareness. These programs enhance the ability to deliver equitable care. In this talk, participants will learn methods for connecting with underserved communities to collaborate in developing and adhering to care directives. Aileen Antonio, MD, is a 2022 recipient of the AAN Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Anti-racism, and Social Justice (IDEAS) Project Grant.
