Learning Objectives Through partly didactic and partly case-based discussion, participants should become familiar with new trials providing evidence for expanded thrombectomy indications, advances in organization of stroke systems of care and trials exploring new workflow and advances in the management of ruptured aneurysms and hemorrhagic stroke. New indications including large core, distal occlusions, and low NIHSS will be explored, and direct to angio and EMS triage will be discussed.
