Faculty will describe the neurobiology of circadian rhythms, use the principles of circadian biology to mitigate symptoms of jet lag, review current guidelines for the treatment of shift work disorder, and recognize the role the microbiome plays in mitigating consequences of sleep and circadian disruption.
