Health Care Disparities, History of Neurology
Participants should gain a better understanding of how pioneering Black neurologists have helped to shape our current clinical practices, the methods they used to overcome challeges, and the long-lasting impact of their contributions to education within neurology. Participants will leave with actionable ways to improve awareness and recognition of the importance of studying the history of neurology as a way to better understand best practices in clinical practice and training.
