Leadership
Junior and mid-career faculty are at a vulnerable time in their academic life. They are pulled in many directions, working toward promotion, and face increasing rates of burnout. Department leaders can provide feedback and mentorship to help these faculty feel supported and advance in their careers. In this program, we will discuss how to support faculty in meeting their goals and succeeding in academic neurology.
