The AAN Anti-Racism Education program is a core curriculum designed specifically to help neurologists understand the impact of racism on patients and colleagues and to learn how to incorporate anti-racism into their clinical practice and professional life. In 2023,  18 US residency programs participated in a year-long pilot program with the Anti-Racism Education Program. Each residency developed their own approach to integrate the curriculum into their educational structure. In this panel discussion, residency program directors, faculty, and residents will discuss and share their experiences with the pilot. Participants should learn successful ways to implement the Anti-Racism modules within their departments and residency programs.
