Participants should be able to recognize the clinical features of ADHD during key ages in the lifespan; understand the neurobiological basis and core neuropsychologic underpinnings of ADHD and their impact on clinical manifestations; know the available treatment options (pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic) for ADHD and common comorbid conditions at various ages; and determine treatment options when ADHD co-occurs with neurologic conditions such as tic disorder and epilepsy.
