Practice, Policy, and Ethics
Participants should learn how to incorporate clinical trials into their private practice, thereby diversifying revenue streams and mitigating physician burnout. In addition, the relevance and applicability of adding research to your private practice in terms of adequate resources and alignment with the practice will be discussed. Finally, participants should learn strategies for recruitment and retainment of underrepresented communities of color which will foster inclusivity.
