Participants should be able to identify and discuss what types of narrative comments are most useful for learners and educators on clinical performance evaluations and what differentiates informative narratives from those that do not provide meaningful feedback; learn about narrative comments that introduce bias into clinical performance evaliuations; and recognize these and mitigate their effects.
