Leadership
The word "leadership" means different things to different people. However, at its core, it's not a specific title or specific position, but instead a journey. It is about reflecting on what and who you are and transmitting that to the world by following your vision and a sense of mission that remains true to your values and experiences. Participants should learn how to chart their own personal leadership journey.
