Participants should be knowledgeable about the optimal management of acute cerebral infarction, including general medical strategies, thrombolytic treatment, endovascular therapy, and surgical approaches, as well as their relevant therapeutic windows; develop a logical framework for promptly implementing various vascular risk reduction strategies after acute cerebral ischemia including selection of antithrombotic agents, lipid modifiers, antihypertensive therapies, and revascularization procedures; and understand key issues in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage and their most common acute complications.
