Book your room at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel by September 26 to take advantage of the best rate.
The AAN has negotiated special rates for conference attendees. The deadline to reserve your room at the discounted AAN rate of $225/night + tax is Thursday, September 26, 2024. This rate includes a discounted resort fee with unlimited local phone calls, access for two guests to the fitness center, and in-room internet access for two devices per room, per day.

*A processing fee will be added to your reservation if reserving by phone.
Hotel Policies
- Discounted resort fee: Rooms booked within the AAN's block have a discounted resort fee of $25 (normally $45), which includes unlimited local phone calls, access for two guests to the fitness center, and in-room internet access for two devices per room, per day.
- Hotel check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Any departures after 11:00 a.m. are subject to the full-day charge.
- Hotel deposit and cancellation: Upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax. Individual cancellations are allowed without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged one night's guestroom rate plus tax. Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be canceled without additional penalty.
- Taxes and charges: A 13.38% nightly tax will be added to the room rate.
- Parking: The AAN does not validate parking. Valet and self-parking are available at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel.
