Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Pre-conference

The Advanced Practice Provider Pre-conference will be held on Thursday, October 24, and is only available as an add-on to Full Conference registration or Online Conference registration (no standalone option). Recordings will be available in the online platform through November 11, 2024, and the recordings will also be included in Fall Conference On Demand.

You may only add the in-person APP Pre-Conference to the in-person Fall Conference and the online APP Pre-Conference to the online Fall Conference.

Skills Workshop: Neurologic Examination Skills for Advanced Practice Providers

This workshop will be offered on Saturday, October 26 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. While attendance is free for all Full or Full + On Demand registrants, there are a limited number of spots and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The skills workshop will be available in-person only and will not be recorded. To register, add the free workshop to your cart during the registration process.

Cancellation Policy

Full Conference Registration / Full + On Demand Registration Cancellation

You may change from Full Conference Registration or Full Conference Registration + On Demand Registration to an Online Registration for the difference in rates at any time through Friday, October 18, 2024. No refunds will be granted for changes on or after October 19, 2024.

You may cancel your Full Registration for a full refund through August 29, 2024. August 30 through September 26, 2024, you may cancel your registration for a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations on September 27, 2024, and after.

Cancellations and change requests must be made in writing through the AAN Registration Support Center.

Online / Online + On Demand Registration Cancellation

You may change from Online or Online + On Demand Registration to a Full Conference Registration for the difference in rates at any time. Cancellation of Online or Online + On Demand Registrations is not allowed. All sales for Online programs including Online Conferences are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable to another individual.

Additional Programs Cancellation

You may cancel your registration for the APP Pre-conference (online or in Las Vegas) or Skills Workshop for a full refund any time before September 27, 2024. After and including September 28, no refunds will be granted.

Registration FAQ

Q: How do I register to attend the 2024 Fall Conference?
A: Registrations are processed through the AAN's official registration vendor, Convention Management Resources (CMR).

Q: How can I cancel or change my registration?
A: Cancellations must be submitted to CMR via their Online Support Center. Fees may apply. See cancellation policies for deadlines and fees.

Q: How do I add Fall Conference On Demand?
A: You can include On Demand when registering for the Fall Conference. If you are already registered and would like to add it, please email aanfcsupport@cmrus.com.

Q: Who do I contact for assistance with registration or with questions about the Fall Conference?
A: For questions regarding your registration or the conference, contact the CMR Online Support Center.

Q: If I register for Full Conference Registration but do not attend the Fall Conference in Las Vegas, will I still be able to access the online session recordings?
A: You are not required to attend in Las Vegas in order to access the online session recordings. However, if you are interested in only the conference recordings, you may register for Online Conference Registration which will give you access to sessions from Las Vegas in the online platform.

Q: How do I register to attend the Skills Workshop?
A: The Skills Workshop is available with Full Conference Registration only and will appear as an option when registering for Full Conference Registration. There is no registration fee, but space is limited. If no spots are showing or the option is not available, it has already sold out.

Q: If I am attending the Fall Conference online, may I attend the APP Pre-Conference in person?
A: The APP Pre-Conference is only available for attendance in the same registration type as your Fall Conference registration. However, if you register for the Full Conference Registration with APP Pre-Conference, you will be able to attend the APP Pre-Conference online as well as in person.

Q: Are there special rates for members from low- and lower-middle-income countries?

Q: When is the deadline to claim CME for the Fall Conference?
A: Complete evaluations to get your CME credits by November 11, 2024 (or August 1, 2025, with Fall Conference On Demand). Transcripts will be available upon evaluation submission. AAN members can also access their transcript via NeuroTracker^™.
