Q: If I register for Full Conference Registration but do not attend the Summer Conference in Atlanta, will I still be able to access the online session recordings?
A: You are not required to attend in Atlanta to access the online session recordings. However, if you are interested in only the conference recordings, you may register for Online Conference Registration, which will give you access to sessions from Atlanta in the online platform.
Q: Are there special rates for members from low- and lower-middle-income countries?
A: Members from low- and lower-middle-income countries (as defined by the World Bank) automatically receive waived or discounted registration when they log in with a Member ID associated with one of the countries listed.
Q: How can I add On Demand to my registration?
A: When you register for the 2024 Summer Conference (either Full or Online), you can bundle Summer Conference On Demand with your registration at that time. Or, you can add On Demand to your registration by August 5, 2024, by contacting the CMR Online Support Center. Add On Demand to your registration and save up to 55% on the regular price! Summer Conference On Demand gives you access to most recordings from the Summer Conference, plus the ability to claim CME, through May 1, 2025.
Q: When is the deadline to claim CME?
A: Complete evaluations to get your CME credits by August 5, 2024 (or May 1, 2025, with Summer Conference On Demand). Transcripts will be available upon evaluation submission. AAN members can also access their transcript via NeuroTracker™.

Q: How do I get handouts/slides/program materials?
A: You can access program materials two weeks prior to the Summer Conference. Not all programs will have materials associated with them.
Q: How do I claim CME?
A: Select the CME/EvaIuations button on the top navigation bar in the virtual platform or go online to claim CME. Evaluations must be completed by August 5, 2024, to claim CME. AAN members can access their transcript via NeuroTracker as soon as they complete their evaluations.
Q: Do I have to watch the session live or in-person to claim CME for it?
A: You do not need to participate in a session live or in -person to claim CME for it. You will be able to claim credit for viewing live sessions and recorded sessions viewable in the virtual platform by the August 5, 2024, deadline (or May 1, 2025, if you have Summer Conference On Demand). Your ability to claim CME is determined by the amount of time spent interacting with educational content, regardless of whether it is live or prerecorded.
Q: How many credits can I earn?
A: You will be able to earn up to 43 CME credits.
Q: What is the deadline for claiming CME?
A: The deadline to claim CME is August 5, 2024, for regular conference registration. If you upgraded to include Summer Conference On Demand, you will have until May 1, 2025, to claim CME.
Q: How do I know how many credits to claim?
A: You do not need to specify the number of credits you are claiming. This will be determined automatically based on the duration of the session for which you are completing an evaluation.
