Research Methodology, Education, and History
Participants should become familiar with the clinical and scientific events contributing to neurologic subspecialties including Stroke, Movement Disorders, Neuro-Oncology, Epilepsy and Behavioral Neurology, better understand events that contribute to how subspecialties are organized today, be familiar with the role of accrediting bodies and subspecialty examinations in formation of the different subspecialties, and recognize the importance of studying the history of neurology as a way to better understand our current models of practice.
