1) Participants will become familiar with the notion of "diversity tax" and will recognize impact that the additional obligations placed on underrepresented persons in medicine can have on career development.
2) Participants will learn strategies for balancing diversity-related activities with traditional career goals.
3) Participants will learn practical strategies for translating diversity-related efforts into activities that are considered meritorious for career development in neurology.
