Education, Research, and Methodology
Participants will become familiar with updated ACGME guidelines for support of program leaders and will hear recommendations for engaging teaching faculty in the education of medical students and residents/fellows in this current funding environment. Expect to leave this interacitve course with tools to help guide your faculty toward best practices in medical education, model the mutual benefit of mentorship, and share paths to promotion through education and research with learners.
