Participants should become famliar with the external influences that impact their practice to include regulatory, legislative and commerical payers. Participants will learn about the current environment of each and how to navigate w/in their practice's operations. Participants will learn how to access/utilize benchmarking data in their practice for financial success. They will also learn about integrating digital tools, right-sizing their staffing, and tools to consider in practice promotion.
