Who are we and where are we going? Mission and Vision statements aim to answer that. Participants will become familiar with the role that mission and vision statements play, their creation, existing data about the impact of a mission and vision for an institution, and their importance in communication in general. The interplay between mission, vision, values and culture will be explored, along with implementation strategies.
