Leadership
Health systems and academic medical centers often have a number of leadership opportunities outside of the traditional departmental leadership structure that provide opportunities for growth and career advancement. These roles can be powerful ways to gain visibility in a health system and offer significant potential in terms of career advancement, leading to other leadership opportunities. This talk will help raise awareness of these opportunities and discuss possible paths to achieve them.
