Comparing department metrics to national standards can help you identify trends and opportunities, bring equity to compensation plans, and improve performance. Participants will learn about available sources of data, including the AAN’s Neurology Compensation and Productivity survey, the only compensation survey dedicated to neurology and its subspecialties. Valuable benchmark data from this survey will be presented to attendees, as well as real-world examples of how your peers are using benchmark data to improve their departments.
