Funds flow models have become common in academic medicine. These arrangements between the School, Health System and Departments are complex and variable between institutions. In this session we will present a number of models of such arrangements, focusing on their impact specifically on neurology departments, giving the attendee tools and perspectives that can be used during funds flow design and negotiations.
