How does modern-day consumerism in medicine impact you and your future practice? For example, can patients rate your medical care on the internet? This program explores medical care delivery through the perspectives of patients as customers. Through interactive case-based scenarios, we will explore several potential influences on health care consumer perceptions and discuss how providers can prepare for these and avoid pitfalls.
