Autoimmune Neurology, Epilepsy/Clinical Neurophysiology (EEG)
Participants will get updates regarding epilepsy and neuroimmunology and learn to describe the electroclinical features of seizures associated with autoimmune encephalitis and autoimmune associated epilepsy, focusing on seizures associated with LGI1, NMDA-R, and GAD65 antibodies; summarize data about treatment of these disorders; and discuss updated treatment strategies for new onset refractory status epilepticus (NORSE) and febrile infection-related epilepsy syndrome (FIRES).
