Participants will be able to explain the new residency application process; advise medical students interested in neurology on navigating the road to residency, apply knowledge of competencies required to enter internship to construct a list of relevant competencies for the neurology resident, and be able to construct and interpret the Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE) and letters of recommendation.
