Health Care Disparities, History of Neurology
After this presentation, participants will have a better understanding of how our history shapes our concepts of disability: in neurology, in medicine and in society at large. Participants will leave with actionable ways to improve their care of patients with disabilities, and recognition of the importance of studying the history of neurology as a way to better understand our current models of practice.
