Leadership
Temperament is the inherent personality unique to each individual. Social science has determined that there are four dominant categories of temperament and there are methods to discern which is the prominent personality-type of an individual. This program will give participants the tools to accurately determine this factor and how best to communicate with different personalities in order to be an effective leader.
