Participants will learn about how the RITE is developed, including a description of how questions are written, selected, and reviewed before and after testing changes in format; best uses for the score reports; and new initiatives, such as pretesting questions on the Question of the Day app and incorporating video questions. A question and answer session will be included. Audience: Residents, Program Directors, Program Coordinators
