During this 90-minute panel discussion, panelists will share personal stories and discuss how bias can impact judgements and decision-making in the medical field, particularly during challenging times. How implementing inclusiveness practices can mitigate the impact of bias and contribute to better problem-solving, and lessons learned and good practices when applying bias interventions and implementing inclusiveness initiatives.
