In this session, we will talk about goals for fellowship and strategies to identify and land your perfect job. This session will be co-led by two fellowship-trained neurologists who took different paths: one in academic medicine and the other in private practice. We will talk about the importance of identifying one's career goals and how these goals should help tailor the fellowship experience. We will also discuss how to identify whether a job is a "good fit" and how to use fellowship opportunities to best prepare and market yourself for the "real world".
