Learning Objectives Access to neurologists is a challenge at many tertiary neurology centers. Along with this, the 2013 American Academy of Neurology Workforce Task Force report predicted that there will be a bigger shortfall of neurologists by 2025. It is a top priority to provide consistent and reliable access to integrated, multidisciplinary, coordinated patient-centered care. To achieve this goal, there is a need to increase access to patients and decrease appointment wait times. Participants should learn about opportunities to improve access, including but not limited to optimization of templates and clinic sessions, leveraging the abilities of advanced practice providers, integrated access, and e-consults.
