General Neurology
Academic medicine cannot advance or succeed without philanthropic support. Receipts from clinical care and grants for research, whether from the NIH or private foundations, rarely cover the direct costs of the research that they sponsor. A successful neurology department must develop long-term relationships with generous donors. This informal conversation will help you identify and cultivate potential donors, to help you succeed in advancing our mission of care, education, and research that will improve the treatment of all patients with neurologic disorders.
