What is a mentor? What are your responsibilities as a mentee? How can you identify a mentor? Does your mentor need to be "close at hand?" How do you navigate your career? Why do some people seem to know the path to success while others struggle? Mentors can be the key. Mentors can be assigned or informal. There are responsibilities for both the mentor and mentee. Participants will learn the characteristics of a good mentor and how to seek a mentor team or council.
