For many of us, having a professional purpose contributes to meaning and motivation. However, this sense of "who you are" and "why you do what you do" can be diminished by a number of factors, such as increasing demands for greater productivity, diminishing support, and burnout. Participants will learn to identify those factors we can change, and we will share best practices, innovations, and ideas with the goal of figuring out what more we can do as leaders to help our faculty re-energize with purpose
