In this session, we seek to create a forum for participants to openly explore the good, the bad, and the ugly regarding imposter phenomena. Using personal vignettes about our own struggles with imposter phenomena, we hope to normalize the emotion and create a safe environment that fosters honest dialogue among attendees. Participants will explore their feelings of imposter phenomena and will practice implementing specific strategies (values and strengths) for both recognizing and celebrating the positive elements while preventing or mitigating the negative influence.
