Learning Objectives Design Thinking is a novel, innovative, iterative process that can be used to creatively solve problems, better incorporate innovative approaches in leadership, provide a structure for change management and develop strategic thinking skills. In this session, we will learn about the 5 key steps involved in the process of design thinking and we will use real world examples in neurology to illustrate how one might be able to implement design thinking principles in their own leadership roles.
