Leadership
Time, energy, and effort are scarce resources. We spend a lot of those resources as we communicate with others to:

share and understand information and knowledge.
convey thoughts, ideas, wants, needs and emotions.
give and receive feedback.
motivate and influence others.
develop and sustain relationships.

In a perfect world the investment of these scarce resources would lead to constructive communication 100% of the time. But…the world isn’t perfect, and neither are we as communicators. Despite our best intentions, destructive communication happens too. Take part in this session to learn a simple framework that focuses on the use of emotional intelligence skills to cultivate constructive communication.
