Participants will review the diagnostic criteria and treatment options of parasomnias in adults, including REM behavior disorder; describe the normal variants of sleep, the theories of REM sleep, and the influence of the pandemic on sleep patterns; and identify the risk factors and the patients at risk for parasomnias and its consequences.
