“To improve is to change.” The one certainty in leadership is change, and this program will focus on the 5 C’s of change: Culture, Communication, Compassion, Conviction, and Courage.  Discussion leaders will describe the challenges posed by change in their personal leadership journeys, and attendees will be asked to describe challenges they have faced in their own journeys.
