Education, Research, and Methodology
Clerkship, residency, and fellowship program coordinators and managers are invited to attend the first day of education coordinator focused programming. 
Trainee Hub:

12:30pm - 1:30pm - Consortium of Neurology Education Coordinators (CNEC) Business Meeting. Coordinators will have the opportunity to meet, and recipients of the 2024 Coordinator Recognition Award will be formally recognized. 
1:30pm - 2:30pm - Trainee Remediation: How to Handle Difficult Situations. Participants should become familiar with goals of trainee remediation, talk through different cases, and learn how to handle difficult situations. 
2:30pm - 3:15pm - Professional Development for Education Coordinators. 

Academic Hub:

3:30pm - 4:00pm - Starting a Fellowship Program. Participants will get a review of the necessary steps to start a fellowship program at their institution, with a focus on the roadmap for development of a new program, including ideas and inspiration for initial brainstorming, confirming resources (and defining resources), identifying accreditation bodies, and the foundation for starting a new training program.

 Trainee Hub:

4:15pm - 4:45pm - Navigating and Setting Boundaries. Participants will review the options and ideas for program coordinators/administrators/managers to set boundaries and navigatie expectations, including ideas and inspiration for initial brainstorming, confirming resources (and defining resources), identifying support avenues, and networking for starting a collaborative wellness.
