Learning Objectives Neurology in Vulnerable Populations: By the end of the course, attendees will be able to define social determinants of health and commonly used frameworks to understand the role of social determinants of health in neurologic health; describe examples of how social determinants of health lead to neurologic disparities; identify potential solutions to address the impact of social determinants of health on neurologic disparities.
Functional Neurological Disorder: During this session attendees should review rule-in signs for FND diagnosis; develop a differential diagnosis for functional neurological disorder; describe diagnostic pitfalls to be aware of when considering a diagnosis of functional neurological disorder; develop a rational diagnostic workup for a patient with a potential functional neurological disorder.
