Upon completion of this session, participants should be able to recognize the difference between conflict management and conflict de-escalation; define emotional intelligence (EI) and the key skills that support it; gain insight and strategies for how to effectively regulate their own EI skills while fostering regulation in others, especially in times of conflict; and identify growth opportunities and action steps to further develop their EI regulation when leading both self and others.
