Neurology Update Track

If you’re looking for the latest and greatest in neurology and updates on 16 of today’s hottest topics in a variety of subspecialties like Alzheimer's disease, MS, headache, neuromuscular, and more, then this year’s eight programs within the Neurology Update Track is where it’s at. “One of the best things about the Fall Conference is the content,” said Program Director Vijay Ramanan, MD, PhD. “It’s developed by neurologists for neurologists, and that way you know it is capturing some of the most cutting-edge updates in the field.”

Practice Management Track

Those seeking updates on critical practice management topics like coding, artificial intelligence, integrating advanced practice providers,and more will find the seven sessions within the Practice Management Track especially useful. “This is the ability for us to come together and discuss, ‘How can we enhance our practice? How do we sustain our viability in the field as well as our wellness?’” said Practice Management Program Director Pearce Korb, MD, MHPE, FAAN. “Programs in this track are often co-presented by a clinical neurologist and practice manager to give you the best tips on how to maintain your practice.”

Leadership University

Leadership development is for everyone, and all in-person and online attendees will get the chance to better understand and communicate their value, apply emotional intelligence in times of conflict, and learn how to influence change through three unique Leadership University sessions.

Advanced Practice Provider Pre-Conference

Encourage your care team members to expand their Fall Conference experience and join a day early for the special Advanced Practice Provider Pre-conference on October 24. This full day of programming was developed specifically for APPs and will dive deep into topics ranging from neurology fundamentals to clinical case studies in movement disorders, dizziness/vertigo, and radiculopathy and spinal stenosis. Programming will also touch on the hot topic of artificial intelligence and its impact on clinical documentation.

Skills Workshop: Neurological Examination Skills for Advanced Practice Providers

Fall Conference attendees in Las Vegas can get hands-on practice and real-time feedback—plus 3.5 CME—applying focused neurological exam techniques to evaluate specific common presenting neurological complaints, including evaluation of headache, cognitive complaints, weakness, and gait abnormalities.
